Ventemo does not sell paid plans or take payments on this site. No charge means no refund transaction applies right now.

If paid options launch, checkout will show price and a refund policy that applies before you pay.
1. Scope
This policy covers refunds for fees paid to Ventemo through our Services. It does not govern third-party payment processors beyond what the law requires.
2. No paid sales yet
We do not offer billable subscriptions, tokens, or other paid digital products for purchase on the site as of the date above. You therefore have no amount paid to Ventemo to be refunded under this policy at present.
3. When paid services exist
Paid access will only be available through a clear checkout where you accept posted terms. Refunds (including partial refunds, credits, or denials where permitted) will follow the policy version shown at purchase, not an earlier draft.
4. Chargebacks
If you are ever charged in error, contact us first. Abuse of chargeback rules may lead to account closure where our Terms allow.
5. Mandatory rights
If the law where you live gives you refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived, those rights win over any conflicting sentence here.
6. Updates
We may revise this page. The “last reviewed” date will change; material changes for future purchases will be surfaced at checkout when relevant.
